UkeeTube's livestream service uses high quality Sony mirrorless cameras, hardware based camera switchers/ encoders, wireless image transmission systems and assorted pro audio equipment to make sure you can share your event's sights and sounds from a variety of angles.

 

The stream will be FHD aka 1080p at 30 or 60fps. The quality will be dictated by the speed and consistency of the venue's Internet connect

For optimal quality a wired highspeed Internet connection is ideal but, if you can get a decent wi-fi signal we can livestream your event. Think; Starlink and a generator on a beach or mountain-top. There are, of course certain limitations to the gear we can deploy in remote places and you will need special permission from event in a National Park and some other locations

Events can be streamed to most platforms but YouTube is the most popular.

 

If you have a YouTube channel that is approved for live streaming we can stream there. In order to be approved for live streaming on YouTube you'll need to meet a few criteria.

If you do not have a YouTube channel for the stream it can be hosted on UkeeTube as an "unlisted" video meaning that only people with the link will be able to watch and find it

 

Some events that are intended for general public and appropriate for the UkeeTube audience could be broadcast as a public link that will be searchable on YouTube or search engines if you choose. Either way ads can be turned off during to livestream to avoid interruptions but YouTube may include ads before and after the video. This can not be avoided.

After the live event is complete the same link will bring you to the exact video that was broadcast live

Licensed music may be an issue with your event. Often events rely on copyright protected media to create the ambiance of the event. YouTube and other platforms may stop or mute the stream if they detect copyright protected music. We can arrange to replace the music with royal-free music during your stream or, if you're hosting the stream on your own YouTube channel, we can take the chance of leaving the original music in.

We can integrate guests via Zoom and connect to in-room screens to help commentator know what viewers are seeing online but we don't provide the screens and/or projectors

Every event is different so the fee can vary significantly based on whether multiple camera operators, dedicated sound solutions or other assets are needed. More complicated undertakings may require meetings, longer setup, or a rehearsal. Others are quite straightforward.
